What do you sell?

I create a mix of witchy education printables and ritual tools to support your spiritual practice. Current offerings include:

How do I use a ritual simmer pot?

Simmer pots are a beautiful way to shift energy in your space. Just add the herbs to a pot of water, bring it to a gentle simmer, and let the scent fill your home with intention. Always stay nearby while it simmers, and never leave it unattended. Add water as it boils away to keep your pot going for longer. When you’re done, let it cool and compost or discard the contents respectfully.


Are your spell oils safe for skin?

My goal is always to make multi-use products that fit your personalized practice. To achieve this, I do lots of research and testing to ensure that ritual items can be room and skin safe. As a result, most ritual oils and sprays are blended to be skin safe, but not all. Please read the listing carefully. If a spell oil is not intended for direct skin use, it will be clearly marked. Even with skin-safe oils, do a patch test first and avoid sensitive areas.


How do I use enchanted car diffusers?

These are meant to be hung from your rearview mirror or air vent. The oil inside is blended with intention, crystals, scent, and occasionally herbs (check the listing for info) to influence energy during your travels, whether that’s calm, focus, protection, or banishing bad road vibes. Simply add your intent. Then unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plug, replace the cap, and tie the diffuser to your rear view mirror or place in your space. Turn them upside down for a few seconds to saturate the cap as needed and fill your space with magical scents and vibes. 

To avoid leaks and make your diffuser last longer, replacing the plastic plug after saturating the cap is recommended. Wipe up any spills immediately. Diffuser solution is not safe for application as a perfume. We’re working on turning the diffuser collection into skin safe sprays. If you want one of our diffusers adapted to a spray, and you just can’t wait, let us know, and we’ll bump it up on the list!


Do your products guarantee results?

No, and I’d be a little wary of anyone who claims they do. These tools are meant to support your spiritual practice, not replace your own magic, mindset, or decisions. I create everything with care, ritual, and intention, but the real power always comes from you.

Order Questions

Are your items made to order?

Yes, most items are made to order, and some are created in sacred batches aligned with moon phases or ritual timing (for example, moon phase ritual oils). That means a little extra time and intention go into every item you receive.


Can I customize my order?

I’m open to it! Customizations are available for some items, especially on Etsy, and I’m learning how to offer that smoothly on this site too. If you’re dreaming of something special, just reach out before ordering and I’ll do my best to conjure it for you.


Do you offer gift options or gift wrapping?

 

Not yet, but it’s something I may offer in the future. 

Herbs, oils, sprays, diffuser, jewelry, keychains, witch bells, and spell kits are made and packed on site by me and come beautifully packaged all on their own, so every order feels like a gift already. If you’re sending a gift and want a note included, feel free to message me. I’m happy to add a bit of magic where I can.

Due to the nature of working with print partners for clothing, bags, altar cloths, yard flags, and blankets, gift wrapping is not available for these items at this time. They will arrive in a simple poly mailer and will ship separately from the items listed in the paragraph above. 

Where’s my digital download?

If you ordered a printable, your download link should appear on the order confirmation page and be sent to your email. If you don’t see it:

  • Check your spam folder

  • Make sure you entered your email correctly. Still nothing? Message me and I’ll send it manually. No problem.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your item hasn’t been made or shipped yet, I may be able to adjust or cancel it. Send me a message as soon as possible, and I’ll let you know if it’s doable.


Do you take custom or wholesale orders?

Custom requests? Sometimes! Wholesale? Not yet, but I’m open to the possibility.
If you’re dreaming up something specific (like altar kits, witchy event favors, or seasonal gift packs), message me—I love collaborating when I have the space.

Shipping Info

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. Some items may ship sooner, especially if I’ve already brewed or bottled a batch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it heads out.


Who do you ship with?

I currently use USPS for all orders. It’s reliable, affordable, and perfect for sending enchanted goods safely through the mail.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

I ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.


For APO/FPO/DPO (military or diplomatic) addresses, I ask that you reach out before ordering so I can confirm any customs requirements and delivery timelines.


Can I rush my order?

 

Maybe. At this time, I don’t offer guaranteed rush shipping, but if you need something by a specific date, message me before ordering, and I’ll let you know if I can make it happen. Not all items in our catalog are available for rush shipping, so when you message me, please be specific and include item name, color, and size requirements, so I can contact you with accurate information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Do you accept returns?

Because most items are made-to-order or spiritually prepared, I do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?

If your item is damaged in transit or never arrives, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Including clear photographs of the damage will to help speed up quality control or postal claims.


My package was marked delivered, but I didn’t get it—what do I do?

Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a little early.

  • Step 1: Check your mailbox, front porch, back door, or apartment office.

  • Step 2: If possible, check with neighbors to see if the package was misdelivered.

  • Step 3: Wait 24 hours. Most “phantom deliveries” show up the next day.

  • Step 4: If it’s still missing, message me and we’ll figure it out together.

My discount code isn’t working! Help?

First, double-check:

  • That it’s spelled correctly (codes are case-sensitive)

  • That it hasn’t expired

  • That it applies to the items in your cart
