SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders ship within 3–7 business days. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We often send them out sooner, but this window allows for thoughtful packing and any unexpected potion spills.
Shipping Method
We use USPS for all shipments at this time. A tracking number will be sent once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and fees are charged to your order and are displayed at checkout. Expediting shipping is not available on all products in our catalogue. If you require faster shipping, reach out and let us know with the specific details of your intended purchase, so we can communicate about whether expediting shipping is an option for you.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and P.O. Boxes.
For APO, FPO, or DPO addresses:
We’re happy to support military and diplomatic families, but due to customs form requirements, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping availability and timing.
Delays
If something delays your order, we’ll notify you with the new estimated shipping date or offer a full refund—your choice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to request a photo of the damage to help us resolve your issue and improve future quality.

Payment Timing

Sales Tax
Because Busy WitchyMama is based in Texas, we are required to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped within Texas. Orders shipped outside Texas are not taxed at this time.
